About me

I’m Perry — founder of Project Build Fitness, a university-qualified coach dedicated to understanding how training actually works for real people. My goal is to simplify fitness and give people a clear, structured path to becoming stronger, fitter and healthier.

My structured and progressive programs are based on proven, effective methods and designed to fit into everyday schedules, helping build something sustainable and enjoyable.

I’ve developed these programs through extensive experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, from complete beginners to more experienced trainees, both in-person and online.

My online programs make exercise accessible whether you’re training at home or in the gym, whether you’re just starting out or simply looking for more structure to achieve better results.

The aim is to build measurable strength and fitness while developing long-term habits that support your daily life.

I’m passionate about making fitness accessible to everyone.
